Absolutely. I’d make it enthusiastic about James and the shop without saying anything about the price, just like he asked. Something like: Great experience here. I brought my niece’s car in because one of her tires kept losing air, but I couldn’t find anything wrong with it myself. They took me in right away, found a nail in the tire, and had it patched and ready to go in about 15 minutes. James was the tech who helped me and he was awesome — friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me out. It’s rare to get that kind of quick, honest service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back here the next time I need anything tire-related. Highly recommend James and this shop!

I never write reviews, but I really felt the need to this time. I was serviced by Marcus at this location and he did a wonderful job on my oil change. He was very thorough and professional. Also, I would like to point out that this is the best service I’ve received with this company at this particular location. Will definitely be coming back here!!!

The Express Oil Change on Howell Mill is amazing! I always receive outstanding service from BG and Marcus whenever I come in. During my visit today, I also had the opportunity to meet the new manager, Jhonquel. I can already tell he's leading the team in a great direction with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism. Keep up the excellent work, everyone! It's always a pleasure coming in, and I truly appreciate the consistently positive experience.

Always an easy experience here! Oil changes are quick, and it’s always nice to get other fluid levels checked and tires refilled. More than that though, the customer service is great. The mechanics are always casual and kind! (they don’t make you feel bad if you accidentally pop your gas cover instead of your hood)
